Delivery Policy:

When the payment is transferred (credited) to our bank or when we receive confirmation from the bank, we start the work of dispatching the goods.

Orders will be shipped within 7 – 10 business days. For any queries, kindly contact the number provided in the Contact page. The orders will be shipped ONLY to the delivery address provided by you, in our database. If you want your products to be shipped another address, then kindly inform us immediately, before delivery!

At Nattumarunthu.com, we take all necessary steps to deliver the product safely and securely to your address. Delivery time will vary depending on location of the customers. Only after receiving the payment, we dispatch the goods.

Any extra cost incurred for this re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.
